Timelines
- Cold plan: 7 business days from completed intake
- Sharp plan: 5 business days from completed intake
- Precision plan: timeline agreed at project start, typically 10-15 business days
- Rush add-on: 48 business hours from completed intake, subject to availability
Project start
Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. The intake form is sent within 24 hours. Delivery timelines start from when we receive a completed brief, not from payment date.
Formats
Deliverables are provided in Google Docs by default. Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text formats are available on request at no extra charge.
Delays
If an intake form is not returned within 14 days of being sent, we may need to reschedule the project. Delays on our side will be communicated immediately.
