1. Agreement
By placing an order with thecoldcopywriting, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before completing a purchase.
2. Services
We provide professional copywriting services delivered digitally. All deliverables are digital files. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout at checkout.stripe.com. The confirmed price is the final price.
4. Delivery
Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Timelines are defined per plan. Rush delivery in 48 hours is available as an add-on.
5. Revisions
Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated batch of feedback. Additional revision rounds may be purchased at the listed rate.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate intake information. Delays caused by incomplete or late briefs may affect delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual property
All copy becomes your property upon final delivery and full payment. We may reference the project type in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Navarra, Spain.
